Is Chinavasion a legitimate company

I ordered a $100 MP3 player, sent them a money order, And I was told There will be extra $15 charge. Then I wait 3 weeks, pay $20 shipping, and find out there is a $12 custom fee.
Its a month later and I find out the player was defective. Now I am told to ship the item back, another $20, and a ton of inconvenience. After another three weeks, and emailing Chinavasion countless times, I get told they cant find the return.
So I am out $167, have no recourse, and whats worse is I could have bought the same MP3 player at Wal-Mart for $110, and had a warrantee.
